We have recently been looking for a house with Various estate agents and it has not been a positive experience that is until we walked into HAART in Doncaster and was greeted by a lady called Sarah Banks who made us feel welcome from the offset and listened to what we were looking for. It was clear she had understood what we were looking for and instantly showed us property’s that met our budget and requirements for our new home. We told Sarah that we needed a home not in a chain as we needed to move quickly so she sent us a selection of such homes to look at and when we wanted to view some she set the viewings up for us very quickly and recently we found a property with HAART and Sarah Banks has communicated very openly, honestly and quickly advising us of all the steps we need to take to progress. We have to say how easy Sarah made things for us clarifying things in laymen’s terms as we are in our 60s and find house hunting daunting but thanks to Sarah at HAART it’s been a pleasure so far finding our new home . It’s early days yet but we feel confident everything will go ok. We highly recommend HAART estate agent and especially Sarah Banks their agent when looking for a new home.

Although I’m only in the early stages of selling my house with Haart, so far my experience has been fantastic. Sarah has done an amazing job of getting my property on the market quickly and efficiently. Any queries I have, I know she is on the other end of the line to help. A big shoutout to Jayne who valued my house and explained the process throughly and also helped me get my house ready for photographs. We have finally settled into our new home courtesy of the Haart team at Doncaster leading the way and with some reflection I wouldnt have got through it all if it wasn't for Alison L and all her hard work and efforts to get us to completion! I think we would still be sat here waiting! Ha! Alison has been an absolute credit to the team and she has cured my anxiety on numerous occasions when we were just sitting stale from the solicitors side. She helped me push our way to the end & got super involved and kept me up to date everyday on the phone and emails which I really appreciated as I prefer to be in the know and help where I can. If you get a chance to have Alison on your case you'll be super lucky and hopefully she will fight tooth & nail for completion! Woohoo! Haart Estate Agents in Doncaster, have just sold a second property for me. They have been fantastic from beginning to end. Sarah and Natasha kept me informed on all developments and secured a sale, at the asking price, very quickly. From thereon, my sale has been dealt with by Alison Leclerc. This lady is such an asset to Haarts. She is professional, efficient, polite and has a good sense of humour. Alison has definitely had her work cut out with the buyers solicitors, who have dragged their heels and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Alison has been tenacious and has pushed so hard for her client and her buyers. She has forged a great relationship with both. I cannot recommend Haarts highly enough and particularly Alison. Update: Upon reflection, I'm downgrading my review. Sarah was great and Ros also was great. But we were promised one price, agreed a price near it to be then told that the buyers mortgage lender would not lend that much to our buyer for the house and had to then renegotiate a lower offer. I understand that these things can happen, but surely they should know the property value roughly and pre-qualification should show what the lender could have afforded. Put my house up for sale with Haart, who sold it in 2 weeks for more than I was expecting. They clearly know the market and Sarah Banks was great through out. Always happy to answer a question or sort a problem.

Selling a house can be a stressful experience, lots of moving pieces. Alison Leclerc was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, she liaised with all parties involved and helped to push to sale forward. Alison is clearly very good at what she does and this has resulted in a positive outcome for us. Not to take away from the rest of the Team; I found Ken to be extremely easy to deal with and Rebecca filled me with confidence from outset with how passionate she was about winning our business and selling our home for us. Overall they deserve five stars and I would be happy to recommend haart in Doncaster.

Kenneth Siddall was our representative but obviously we did also have dealings during the sale with quite a few of the staff, who were all great. We had quite a unique property to sell for our area and Ken really helped us to achieve what was an incredible amount for our locality. He definitely helped draw the potential buyers in with his very artistic photography and staging and in the end we literally had a choice of 4 offers on the very first weekend of viewings. Ken was such a pleasure to deal with and his incredible personable approach and gregarious nature was what drew us towards Haart ultimately. Natasha is lovely! She has been really great through the whole process! Managed to get my my first house (dare I say it?). I have been in bidding wars, left right and centre with investors that I just cannot compete with being a first time buyer. Estate agents have even refused to help me along the process because they know how hard the market is for first time buyers and know that an investor with snap the property up and have told me not to bother!! It really left me feeling deflated but Natasha has really understood me and has been efficient at all times. Sending me properties that fit in my price range, liasing with my parents who of cause can be over concerned in these situations and myself and my 1000s of questions. She has always come back to me and I am truly grateful for her hard work and til l remained so lovely and caring! Thank you Natasha!

The service I received was excellent one member of staff Natasha keep me informed on a daily basis what was happening and sold my house within 4 weeks of been up for sal. Would highly recommend haarts. Natasha went above and beyond to help. Excellent service thought out.
