GoogleI have viewed two properties through Haart Doncaster in the last 12 months and both of which were managed under the expert stewardship of Sarah Banks. Sarah is very professional and was knowledgeable on all aspects of both properties. GoogleRebecca Mattimore assisted us immensely when we bought our current house last year, even though she was working for the seller. We had many problems with delays from our solicitors who were appallingly slow, but she kept on everyone's case and finally got it sorted. So when it became time to sell our old house we decided to use Rebecca again (via Haybrooks in Sheffield). Unfortunately this time it was our buyers solicitors that were incredibly slow, but Rebecca kept on everyone's case and eventually got the job done last Friday. Rebecca moved offices to Haart in Doncaster during the sale but took our sale with her and saw it through to the end. GoogleI first put a bid in for this house but then got refused. So I upped it by 5k. Natasha explained to the seller this was definitely my final offer and pushed to make it a deal breaker. She rang back early next day to give me the good news. I didn’t think I was going to get it as there had been higher offers but had fallen through. So she must have given the right advice. GoogleI have only known Sarah 2 weeks from viewing the first house she is so very helpful professional trust worthy. I feel I could be good friends with her. She us so caring as she shows you round propertys. That I have now reserved a new build bungalow and got my bungalow on sale with her. I have never known eny estate agent be so helpful even giving me a lift home on the first meeting to showing me round the property quite a few times to make sure it's the one I want. GoogleAfter speaking with several Estate agents prior to Haart , we were then very impressed by the professionalism used by Sarah and the manager Ross, so much so it made our decision to go with Haart very easy. Ross visited our home and was very knowledgeable and allowed us time before we made the decision to go ahead. Nothing was rushed/forced and the conversation flowed freely. Sarah was very good on the phone and on visiting the office, to finalise a few matters we met the whole team who were friendly and very approachable. We truly feel we have selected the best agents to sell our home.
