GoogleI can't praise Blundells enough. I'm nearing completion of my property sale and they have been amazing throughout the whole process. Sue and the team at Blundells have always been there to help, whether it was explaining things to me or just keeping me updated in general. GoogleThe worst corrupt estate agent ever if a house is up for sale and you enquire about it they lie saying they don't have the keys yet even if it's been 2 months on the market and they never get back to you they have a list of business men who they prioritise 1st BE WARNED ⚠️

GoogleIf there was 0/5 i would give that and please don't contact me about this Addition: if you take your customers seriously you wouldn't give this treatment. I saw a house within an hour maximum of it being listed on zoopla and I contacted the company immediately by email and multiple times with no response what so ever by phone - immediately takes you to voice mail. After so many frustrating attempts, i get a call back as the person wanted to check with the landlord about the viewing time/whether needed at all. Never heard back despite calling a million times with no one picking up. I sent an email saying it's stressful and frustrating what you to finally get a call back and to be sent a virtual tour. To which i replied i am interested immediately and offered immediate deposit. No answer or reply what so ever. Then i emailed saying i need to know with the next few days as i have been holding other offers for this house that i really liked and showed interest in from the first minute. No reply again. What happened finally? The house was put as let agreed on the website. Extreme unprofessionalism and ghosting.The price went up as well. I am honestly glad i didnt rent from this company. May people on fb as well gave negative reviews. The house i got everything was done and finalised in 1 hour!!! I get a call back after i posted the review with no sense of apology or respect to say you want to book me in. May i ask book me in for what? The house is already let! Unbelievable!

GoogleFrom our first meeting with Freddie at Blundells we knew we had come to the right letting agents. We then met Mel and she had the same professional but caring attitude as Freddie and after viewing our home she was excellent in putting things in order until our completion date. We met Debbie on our move in day and she was fantastic with our paperwork. All the staff are very friendly and have a desire to help and assist. Overall, Blundells are a superb company and we would highly recommend them!!!

Sue was quick to contact us following an initial email enquiry and her friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming manner has been resonated throughout her entire team. After being on the market with another agent for 6 months, team Blundells delivered a sale and multiple offers within just 5 days!
