They are wonderful, super friendly people. Everything was made easy for us and I’m sure we will be staying in our new property for a long time. GoogleAt the beginning of last year I had a mortgage appointment with Gemma as a first time buyer. She explained everything she stood for and I was impressed and sent over all the details she asked for, after a month of a few emails back and forth I never heard from her again, despite multiple emails and phone calls requesting contact from her! Thankfully I found someone else and I’m now in my first home after a quick and efficient process. I personally would not recommend and I’m still slightly concerned as to why my details are stored with someone who was not competent enough to actually do anything with them?!

GoogleA dedicated, professional team giving personable service. Although we were dealing with Blundells from half way around the world, you'd think they were just on our local high street. Regularly providing updates, progress reports and advice. We primarily dealt with Lucy whilst leasing out our property and Emma when it came to selling it. Both were professional, knowledgable and went above and beyond to achieve a successful outcome.

GoogleTrying to view a property and they want to you talk to their Mortgage advisor, ask alot more questions about what you're looking for, how you intend to pay for the property and so on..... Stop trying to upsell or side sell, I just want to view the property because I was interested in it. Clearly data mining and throwing us on an email marketing list. Have viewed houses in the past, bought 2 and never had this level of questions pre viewing lol. Property Hive certainly don't. Bizarre. I wonder how many people selling their houses realise how Blundells are putting off viewers.
It is our duty as a responsible estate agent to fully understand our prospective clients needs for their new home so we can recommend any other properties on the market that may also suit their requirements. We also have a commitment to our sellers to ensure that potential viewers are indeed serious buyers and as such are in a financial position to proceed. We are of course delighted to offer our own mortgage services should the customer require this, however it is never a condition of them viewing the property.
