She was also great at chasing up the solicitors on all sides which helped to keep the process moving. My experience with Blundells was far better than the one I had with the agents I used to sell my own property. If I sell my property in future I would definitely use Blundells. I have just sold my first house and I'm absolutely delighted with the professional and friendly service I received from Blundells in Doncaster. Michael was extremely helpful and informative particularly at the beginning as I had no idea about the process of house selling. He thoroughly explained every step and even gave me advice on my future property as I'm relocating. I'm also very grateful to Sue and Emma who also made the whole process a very positive experience and have been extremely helpful. Between them their communication has been excellent. Me and my partner were looking for a property within the area we lived in. I noticed some new houses going up and just enquired with the builders, they told us who they would be going up with. I then contacted them, and within a week, (BEFORE THEY WERE BUILT) Kath came out to see us, we completed all paperwork, and awaited to move into the property. Granted, this was a very stressful time due to our current situation; however, Kath and the team helped up every step of the way. YES, yes I did stalk the life out of Kath and probably drove her mental, and the others answering the phone. I am sure she took off as she saw my number flash up haha (joking Kath :) ) Overall - whether we rent again, or choose to buy - I will be going through Blundells where possible. I tried to purchase a repossed property through a different local estate agent. After no end of being messed around and being told things were happening and then nothing did, I was at my wits end and wasnt going to go ahead. Whilst looking on Zoopla for another house, I saw the same house was advertised with Blundells. I thought it would be worth popping in and seeing if I could swap estate agents. The lady that greeted me as I walked through the door was incredibly polite and took me straight through to Sue. Sue has been amazing throughout the whole process and I cannot thank her enough. She is professional, efficient, truthful.and was great at keeping me up to date. I used the in-house mortgage advisor too, Jim, who again was so helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions and provided a great service. I cannot wait to pick my keys up on Friday! Professional from start to finish. Kath and the team went above and beyond. What other estate agents would go out their way during their personal time at 10pm to hand over keys and go through the paperwork. I had to travel down from Scotland and due to other factors was not able to arrive at the new flat until 10 in the evening. Kath said just to give her a call when I was half an hour away and she came from her home to meet me at the property. Also, a big thanks to Debbie in the office who was very conscientious in her work and put me onto the property as soon as she knew it was going to go on the market. Overall great service!
