Was very happy with the service provided by Blundells and in particular Emma. We have had numerous bad experiences with other agents when trying to view and offer on property but the whole process with Blundells felt really easy. Responsive and friendly communication was great, and when we were shown the house that we ultimately bid for there was little of the high pressure sales techniques that we've seen from other agents, which really made us much happier to proceed. All in all I would happily recommend.

I’ve just sold me house with Blundells and they have been excellent from the first day I used them. I was previously with another estate agent for 5 months who didn’t do anything at all so I switched to Blundells. It was like night and day. Blundells were amazing. In particular Emma was fantastic, she was so helpful, friendly, efficient and so responsive to viewings and feedback. What can I say 10/10. Brilliant!

Blundells of Doncaster ... Well what can I say 🤷 I have just bought a property which Blundells were selling. Bad mistake !! It was one thing after another. They didn't answer or return calls or emails which I found most frustrating and rude. They did not send the memorandum of sale which is needed for the sale to go through. My solicitor rang them and he didn't get his calls returned either so I put in a complaint in online as it was holding up my purchase. The manager Steve was as bad as the agents at ignoring calls and emails and was rude so I asked for his managers contact details. I spoke with his manager who was very nice and understanding and admitted to not getting everything right but said they would work on it. I was then passed to Emma as I appealed against Steve's ruling as due to their lack of professionalism not sending required documents it cost me extra to move as my house sold before my purchase came through. I had to move out and stop with other people for a short while but had to do 2 van loads instead of 1 and 6 car loads due to storage restraints. This cost me around £350 more than it should have. They offered £75 which you don't get if you don't answer in time and as I was poorly with covid I lost mine! They are something else. The appeal was upheld and the issues I had were skirted around. So if you want an unprofessional, ignorant estate agents to sell your property who care about money not the clients then Blundells is your team to choose.

After deciding to purchase a house through Blundells we chose to use their mortgages advisor offered to us, this turned out to be a great choice... Julian our mortgage advisor was immediately on the ball and we felt we made quick progress through the the steps he was involved in he was very friendly and professional which gave us a good sense of confidence going into the purchase as this was our first house buy... the house purchase in general did not go smoothly and took almost 8 month due to factors associated with the solicitors countrywide who blundells chapeltown offered, the conduct of blundells chapeltown and the sellers delaying the sale, however despite all this Julian was the only person that we felt was telling us the facts and gave us hope by continuing to support us all the way until we got in the house even sending a how is everything email once we moved in so once again Julian thank you for your service would definitely recommend Julian.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have just completed my sale with a Blundells! I was feeling nervous about putting my house on the market but when Michael came to do my valuation he was very reassuring and I felt like I was in very capable hands ! Once my house was on the market Emma, Megan and Sue were on the ball arranging my viewings and sold my house in a few days ! However this sale fell through as it was taking me longer to find somewhere than I had anticipated and I did not want to go into rented accommodation. My buyer didn’t want to wait any longer which was fair enough. They soon found me another buyer in less than a week! I was starting to feel pressured in finding somewhere but Emma and Michael were very reassuring and supportive to the point where they were actively looking for properties for me! Emma has been my main contact and she has kept both myself and my buyers constantly up to date throughout the whole process!! Blundells Doncaster has been an absolute integral part of us becoming landlords and starting our property investment career - especially Kath Moss and Debbie Allen! First time we walked in, we had zero experience of owning or letting a property out and, being outside of the area, we knew very little about Doncaster. Kath Moss was incredibly kind, accommodating and supportive - in our first meeting, we spent over 2-3 hours with her just taking us through a map of Doncaster street by street and explaining to us the specifics of rental demand, the standard needed, the process of letting a property out and so much more. Kath and the wider team have been there every step of the way and supported us through our journey with so much enthusiasm and care despite us not actually becoming clients and letting a property out with them until a year after our first meeting! This is the dedication and commitment that the team have to their customers and you can just tell how passionate they are about what they do, because they always go above and beyond. When we finally found a property, Kath came over a few times before we began renovation to advise us how best to prepare it for the rental market and then during and after the refurb to make sure we are taking all the right steps to find good tenants and earn as high rent as possible. Her and Debbie were exceptional in finding us great tenants, Debbie even went and visited the prospective tenant to make sure they "felt" right - this is absolutely going above and beyond for your clients and we are forever grateful for their support! As we continue our property investment journey, the team has also been a huge help viewing houses for us as we live 2.5 hours away so not always easy to fit in a viewing, but they have always been happy to do so and give us their honest feedback and professional opinion. I absolutely cannot recommend the whole team enough, there is no one else I'd trust my portfolio management to!

I was interested in a property to buy from Blundells and being a first time buyer, having no clue about anything they have arranged for Julian from Countrywide to get in touch with me as I needed an agreement in principle etc. Can I just say Julian was absolutely expectational on every level, he provided a such high level of service and showed a true dedication to what he does. First thing he said to me is that he is always available on his phone to which he delivered - working a 9-5 I had to call at a later time and Julian was always available. He was extremely helpful organised and he really knows what he is doing and it shows. Everyone knows that buying a house is an extremely long-drawn-out process and definitely not hassle free is you go with the wrong solicitors etc but save yourself some stress and give Blundells a call and ask for Julian if you want your mortgage sorting out hassle free. Just want to say a massive thank you to the Blundells team at Doncaster, Michael, Emma and Megan. I was very nervous of selling my first home and didn't know where to start. Right from the very first phone call with Micheal my mind was put at ease. Micheal came and valued our house and discussed the current housing market. I am writing this on behalf of my daughter Sharon who is just completing a house purchase which was advertised by Blundells Doncaster Office. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, but the Branch Manager Sue Newstead in particular, was truly excellent. Although Sharon was the purchaser and not Blundells actual vendor client, Sue went over and above what could normally be expected of an estate agent. A number of difficulties arose during the process, which slowed the transaction down considerably, but Sue was very effective throughout in chasing all other parties involved, including the solicitors involved, to bring about a conclusion. She kept Sharon up to date with all events as they occurred and was very persistent in progressing the work of all the solicitors in the chain. My partner and I recently had Julian Sobey as our mortgage broker. We initially was going to look at going it alone, but we are so glad we went with Julian after the process. There was just so many times throughout the process where it was very helpful to have someone with experience, this not only helped us save lots of money on our mortgage, but the time he saved us was massive. We had quite a few issues with our solicitor and Julian was always on hand to offer any advice and also jumped in and dealt with the issues through the agency. As estate agents go this has been one of the most professional and trusted firms I have had the pleasure of working with. They have surpassed expectations by going well above and beyond what I would have expected. As a foreign investor I was looking to make a purchase in Doncaster but the current pandemic has prevented me from travelling and I was also unable to send family up for viewings because of social distancing restrictions. Through a chance encounter I came across Blundells and they kindly offered to help with initial viewings.
