I do not recommend this agency. I have been renting an apartment for 6 years... I have never received any help. I repaired everything at my own expense. Zero communication. I was asked to give back a parking permit when I paid for it myself. We left flat in better condition than we moved in. Over a month I have been waiting for the bond to be returned, they do not want to return it to me.

Completely inept lettings department. Illegally let out a property protected under council article 4 protection as a HMO. Do not conduct inspections, leaving historic properties to fall into terrible states of disrepair. Demonstrate a complete disregard for important property legislation. Wouldn’t trust them with a garden shed.

As a home buyer, I was treated very rudely after the transaction was completed. The woman who opened the door almost shouted at me and slammed the door in my face. Then a guy opened the door and threw an envelope with keys. Absolute lack of respect for the customer. Perhaps it's because I'm not British and I dared to buy a house here. Or covid - after all, everything can be explained by the fight against the virus these days... I don't recommend it

As someone who was renting, I dealt with a lot of agencies during my search for my new property at the end of the first COVID lockdown. I have to say that Kath & her staff were the nicest, most professional folks - head and shoulders above the rest. Julian definitely went above and beyond for me in what proved to be an unusually protracted purchase - providing authoritative, friendly and prompt advice throughout. I cannot praise Blundell letting team highly enough. From my first appointment with Matt, the lettings negotiator, to the start of the tenancy agreement it was only 10 days. This happened because they worked as a team, gave a professional all round service, from marketing, tenant checks, negotiations, tenancy agreements and arranging the first rent payment. They took so much off my shoulders at such a busy time. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

So, where to begin? having been let down badly by another Doncaster Estate Agent who I feel led me a merry dance I finally appointed Blundells Doncaster to market my property. From the start they were professional, did what they said they would when they said they would and energised interest in my property where I had been told previously there was none. In short they managed to close a sale and see it through to completion with a smile in their voice (sadly never got to meet the team as I live away) and with a positive energy that helped us through a couple of trying events. After continuously let down by many of the estate agents around Doncaster, i called Blundells on the Friday lunch to view 2 props on the Saturday. They managed to fit me into both viewings. I now live in one of them; a process that was easily done and manageable for our modern busy lifestyles. All the staff are helpful, friendly and general feels like they care. I have dealt with the team at Bundells Doncaster extensively over the last week or so and although I don't usually feel the need to leave a review I thought it necessary in this case. The whole team has been not only friendly and professional but has gone well beyond the call of duty for us and we could not be happier with the service they have provided. The team at Blundells has gone above and beyond for us in a way that you rarely see these days and this warrants celebrating, they are a credit to themselves and to estate agents as a whole. A special mention should be made to the manager who has lead by example and moved heaven and earth to help us in our time of need. We honestly can't thank Blundells enough, Michael, Rachel and Emma from the Doncaster branch. We had such a bad experience selling with YOPA, we desperately needed a fresh and new approach from an agent who actually put effort into selling our home. That's exactly what Blundells did. Our house photographs were excellent and the overall ad was well put together. We went up for sale on a Tuesday and had accepted a great offer by the Saturday! What more could we ask for?! From the outset we were kept informed of developments and all viewings and Sue even made regular visits to the house to retrieve/forward post to us.
