What an absolute amazing bunch of people at the Doncaster Branch. I've now rented 3 properties through them and each time they have amazed me with their professionalism and willingness to help. They go the extra mile to make sure your move runs as smoothly as possible. Very friendly and approachable whenever you visit the office or via phone. Just a very Honest and down to earth group of people that clearly enjoy what they do, making the stress of moving house that little less stressful. I personally can't thank them enough.

When I was looking for a new rent, one of my conditions was the best possible agency. I've never heard of Blundells before, so I checked the reviews that were very good. I have been with Blundells (Donaster) for three years as a tenant and more recently as a buyer. The care, attention and personal detail that accompanies complete professionalism is outstanding. Blundels always get it right,as a landlord it’s important to fill an empty property as soon as it becomes vacant. I received a months notice on a prestige property and immediately rang Kath at Blundels. In one day the property was on line in two days there were 3 viewings on day 4 the property was let. Old Tennant moves out and the other moves in at the end of the month. Result no interruption in cash flow no council tax to pay and a new Tennant for a year Happy days well done to the Blundels team. Really professional. Not trying to charge you for stupid things and are always available when you try to reach them (unless phones are busy). I had spontaneous holiday with family. Few days before going, I noticed a house to rent. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it all before going, but everything was dealt with while I was away. I was kept updated and could do everything regarding the paperwork while on holiday. Thank you so much for your hard work everyone at Blundells. ❤

The office at Blundells have been nothing short of marvellous with letting a property for me after my husband passed away and i was left as an unenthusiastic disinterested landlady. They really try to keep the property let and try and make finding a suitable tenant seamless and as little hassle for me as possible which is very much appreciated. I am sure the whole office do their bit but i must say Kath & Debbie are very good at what they do and always get back to me reliably with responses to any queries i may have. Bravo Blundells Doncaster please please keep up your fantastic work on my behalf i certainly couldnt let my property without you . 👏👏👏

I just wanted to share my experience for everyone to see. I’ve not yet used all the services at Blundells, but the advice and assistance they have given up to now has been fantastic. I spent the majority of my day speaking to agents in the town centre and by far Blundells were the most welcoming and helpful team. My plan is to buy investment properties and being a complete novice to this, I needed as much help as I could. Most agents weren’t all that interested, maybe as I don’t have business to give them right now, and they may have thought I’m just another dreamer hoping to buy a property. Blundells however welcomed me with a smile, sat me down and listened to what I need and gave all the advice I could’ve asked for (and more) on what I need to consider to rent a property out. It didn’t stop there with the lettings team, as they introduced me to the sales team who were emailing me properties within minutes. Furthermore I’m fully aware of the mortgage advice I can get as well, even though I have already spoken to my bank, it was great to know that through Countrywide, they will access dozens more lenders than just the one with my bank. After 15 minutes of providing some information of what I’m looking for, there were multiple deals for me to choose from saving me money. My past experiences of estate agents were that it was 'money for old rope' and that they were all as bad as each other. We selected Blundells because they seemed the most professional of all of them, and we weren't disappointed. Every time we get a viewing, they let us know, they always contact the viewer to get feedback, and they offer sound advice to us as vendors. We did think that initially the guide price was too high, and this turned out to be the case. However, they are professional, and respond to our calls and emails punctually. We are hopeful that our house will sell soon, but in the meantime, we are really happy with Blundells.
