GoogleI’ve been in a 247 property for over a year now and the rent is good value and aswell as the facilities provided within the property. GoogleI haven't dealt with this company personally, I was just looking for possible alternatives for my current living situation. Ive found their web site is easy to browse and find what you are looking for. Prices seem reasonable considering past experience. May be one day in the future I will have the pleasure of dealing with them personally.

When we moved into the house Danielle explained everything we needed to know and was extremely helpful in getting repairs done to the house (thank you to the maintenence team too) I would certainley recomend Danielle and 247 properties to anyone.

Rung my account manager several times, no response back. Had to request a board to be put up. Ended putting my own notices in the windows.Once a tenant had been located then the service ran fine. Was meant to view 2 properties. .only did 1 and that was mess 4 the price ..was told the other 1 was worse then the one I looked at... girl was very nice and told me about one that was coming up soon on spring well gardens. .??? Said she would ring me wen she got bk to office.... I'm still waiting. ...
We are sorry that your viewing was not up to par, Sadly some owners choose not to make good after a move-out. Thankfully it's not often. Good luck in finding your new home. The Springwell never happened sorry we should have called regardless. Lesson learned.

GoogleVery rude the boss is turned up when the business was shout he took Pictures of my car and he sended them away to get me done bear in mind i didnt feel well because am 7 mounths pregnant but the boss turned round and said that this is how to do business.. Very Very rude
This person was asked not to park on the company spaces and was shown the Do not park signs that were clearly displayed. If you park then you get a fine. I could not park outside my own shop and the man just sniggered. So of course we took the picture and then ensure the ticked was issued. He came back a few days later after he was issued the ticked and made threats to make our name bad via social media and google if we did not remove the fine. Funny thing we then had 3 bed reviews just after. We did not remove the ticket. Enjoy your fine. Never bow down to threats. We have removed parking fines for those that are genuine but just because you need to go to the post office, really. If you was disabled or a pensioner then of-course we would help but not just because you demand us to and threatened us.

The service we received from 247 was appalling! Nothing got done without chasing it multiple times. In the end, we sacked the agent & managed the property ourselves as it was easier, cheaper & less frustrating to cut out the middle man & resolve any issues directly with the tenants & the required workmen.
Hi, we are so sorry to hear about our Sheffield franchise having let you down. We terminated the agreement with them over a year ago as they were consistently failing to meet our service levels, they set up a new agency the following day called 1stchoiceforlettings.co.uk.
