I've had such a positive experience with this letting agent. My main point of contact is Paige, who is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries I may have. My checks and references went through nice and quickly, and I appreciated the thorough inspection that was conducted before I moved into the property, which will protect my deposit in the long run (i.e., I won't be held responsible for any issues that were present at the time of moving in). Also I am always informed ahead of time if somebody needs to access the property. I can't fault them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Ian & Danielle, great staff. Brilliant!

Firstly we spoke to Ian on the phone; he was very bubbly and upfront. We then met up with Danielle, who was very professional, thorough and approachable. We have previously spoken with other estate agents, to which it’s how they say it is, even if we have seen otherwise, but with Danielle, this was not the case, She was very honest, understanding and generally a very nice person. We then went into the office to sort out the paperwork, to which we seen Ian, and another agent and Danielle, to whom all were very friendly, bubbly and a pleasure to be around. Ian was very informed on any concerns we had, and is a great laugh, and Danielle i would say the best estate agent that we have come across! Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly with the move, but we are sure it will, we have great confidence in the staff at 247 Property Services. We will update our experiences as time goes on, but to break it down into a small sentence, great staff, very informed, professional and helpful, we would recommend to family and friends. I did stayed in their house for 1 year. They promised to clean the house regularly and they didn't, the backyard looks like a forest with wild plants everywhere, WiFi is available only on ground floor and in that the connection keeps breaking, the price is way to high specially on that location. Even after all this they still took 70% of my deposit saying that it was not clean. Never go with and rest of the reviews looks made up to me. This is my personal experience from 247.
