TrustpilotLouise Gordon is incompetent
After the cap was lifted after the cost of living crisis “was over” my rent went up 25% over a one and a half year period. Given all other services went up around 20% and minimum wage went up 16% but my hours were cut by 10% to save the company money, I was under monetary strain. I have a degree in engineering, experience and have been looking for work the last 2 years but haven’t been able to find anything above minimum wage. I explained this to 247 lettings suggesting a lower increase in rent but they said it was in the wish of the landlord.

He makes you feel like you are his only customer taking the time to personally view your property and discuss options. Rigorous background checks on prospective tenants combined with experience and gut instinct gives you peace of mind your property is in safe hands. The end result was finding a tenant paying a monthly rate 25% above that achieved previously by a competitor Doncaster agent. Not only this but finding the caliber of tenant willing to invest in decorating and improving the property at their own expense! The entire team at 247 does an excellent job following up with any questions and liaising between the landlord and tenant. A special shout out to Megan in the office for her great communication and dedicated service. This is how a service business should operate. By putting the customer first, they have earned and deserve the success they achieved. I'm looking forward to using their property investment services in the future.

Accusations of racism are entirely false and offensive. 247 Property Services is an inclusive agency that supports tenants and landlords from all backgrounds equally. We take great pride in upholding fairness and professionalism at all times. No reports of mould or neglect have been submitted through official channels. Allegations regarding drugs and police conduct are baseless and irresponsible. We understand "Notice" is difficult, but this does not justify spreading false and damaging claims. We will not tolerate abuse of our team or misrepresentation of our service. This will now be presented to a solicitor for review and even legal action. We remain committed to high standards, community safety, and respect for all. This will also be reported to google.
