Had to wait 4 weeks to the view the smallest house Ive ever seen for nearly £65,000!! Got dates wrong on email....conflicting dates on text message. Not really a great experience to be honest.

We do apologise about the viewing arrangements being messed up, there was no excuse for that. We had difficulty with the tenants obtaining access to carry out the viewing.

Google24/7 property services. But only work m - f 9 -5. Want working people in their properties, but now willing to meet them when these people are not at work. Great service guys

So because we don't work hours to suit a customer it then means you give poor review. I have been running this business for many years and when you have to make a effort to to urn up for a viewing during your work time you will show (over 98% turn up), when you make a viewing on a Sat or Evening many do not show. (over 80% do not show or even call us) I would rather my staff worked hard from 9-5 and enjoyed the evening and weekend. Save time, Fuel, wages, stress. If you want to rent or buy the home you will make he same effort as us.

Google247 staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. Very compassionate towards my son who needed accommodation. The process was made very easy and quick.

247 in name only!! They are never open. They never answer their phone. They rent out poor quality houses. They don't return calls. They are not helpful. Their staff seem untrained...........

Hi, I am sorry you feel that way. We are open Monday to Friday 9-5, we do aim to answer all calls within 5 rings but sometimes it can take longer at busier periods.

You HAD arrears as you left giving no notice and not returning they keys You were fine for the first 3 years then just vanished...yet you give us a bad review. Charming. We have cancelled the arrears as a good will gesture for the length of time you lived with us and refunded your guarantor.

by far the best letting agency ive used in doncaster, really helpful, repairs were done straight away before i moved in and ive had no problems with the house at all. i really cant fault them, theyve been great. i mainly deal with mary and danielle who are both lovely. i would highly recommend them to anyone
