I have used TOLA many times over the last 6 years and find their services fast, highly efficiently and very informative. The whole process from advertising the property via the relevant property portals, sending of prospective tenants for viewing, undertaking the credit checks and collecting deposit has been excellent. I will keep using them for years to come.

GoogleUsing TOLA is easily the best way to rent your property to people you actually meet. They get the chance to interview you and you get the chance to interview them... in our case, the resulting mutual trust leads to our having had many perfect tenants.

GoogleI found the contract, e-signing, referencing and deposit lodging services very helpful. My existing tenant didn’t find the advertising very helpful since she couldn’t specify age range and ended up wasting her and the prospective tenant’s time, so I wouldn’t use that specific service again unless I was renting out the entire flat.
Hi Joanna, thanks for the review, much appreciated. Completely understand the feedback, unfortunately for discrimination reasons there's an "issue" specifying age, gender etc in adverts even when there are valid reasons for doing so.

Hi Charan, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that you ordered your new advert with us at 6.35pm on Monday, after we were closed, and by 9.48am the following day your advert was live. So far we have forwarded you in the region of 50 enquiries. When you tried to call last night, around 8pm, and again this morning before 9am, our offices were closed and no voicemails or emails were left. I note you did leave a voicemail at 9.09am this morning. Early mornings are particularly busy for us so it can take a little longer to respond as we work through enquiries on a first come first served basis. As we were approaching your voicemail you called back in at 10.32am and we were able to answer that call straight away, we confirmed your requested changes at 10:46am via email and also responded to a couple of your emails after that within a few minutes. We will always do our best to return calls or respond to emails as soon as is practicably possible. You can see from our other reviews, and will know from your previous experience with us, that speed of response is one of our particular strengths.

I don’t usually do reviews but the service we received from great communication to prompt action and a great result for letting out property was worth a shout out for. We’ve used TOLA twice now, I doubt we’ll compare with any others next time - straight to where we know we’ll be looked after.

I have been a landlord for well over a decade and have benefitted from TOLA’s services several times for letting out my properties. Every time I used TOLA I had an amazing experience from listing the properties on market portals to having the AST signed by the tenants. I find TOLA’s team specially Sarah to be extremely responsive, efficient and courteous. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending TOLA if you are a kind of landlord who wants to be a bit hands on in conducting viewings your properties.

Have been with The Online Letting Agents (TOLA) for a few years for full management. The tenant finding service is very efficient with easy communications and comprehensive information. The management service is also brilliant so can relax a bit on any emergency. The team is very friendly with puncture response. All in all, will stay with TOLA and highly recommended.

I’ve used TOLA for several years and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. They’re great value, friendly, efficient and my tenants vouch for this too. They’re also lightning quick at getting my listings live and fast at sending through enquiries. TOLA are fairly local to me which I like and the team also pick up on things I’ve missed which is helpful when sorting out the admin process. E signing is super useful.Can’t fault them. Highly recommend this company thanks guys.

First time I’ve used an online letting agent and it was very easy. They talked me through every step preparing the property for reletting and then managed everything from the ads to giving the keys to the new tenant. They were always available for my questions with detailed information. I had one person dealing with my rental she was professional and friendly.I’m letting them ‘fully manage’ the property too, something I haven’t done before but I was so impressed I thought I’d leave it with them to handle. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had been researching viable alternatives to Upad whom I had previously relied upon for the marketing and administration of my rental properties. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but I was looking for a high level of service so was prepared to pay a little more, but still a fraction of the cost of a local high street agent.Whilst I encountered a few admin glitches along the way, these were remedied immediately. Throughout the process it always felt like an agent was available to field any queries be it by email or phone. I had dealings with Simon who corrected a listing error immediately (out of hours) and I credit Eleanor, Helen and Sarah with getting my new tenancy over the line.The only negative was with Van Mildert's handling of my prospective tenant's referencing, but the TOLA team were proactive in addressing my concerns direct with Van Mildert until a satisfactory outcome was achieved.I would say the customer service experience exceeded that of Upad in that it felt more personal and immediate. It even cost me less overall!I would certainly look to use TOLA again and thank the team for their efficient and friendly attention throughout.

I have used them on serval occasions for various properties, I usually use the basic contract generating service and occasionally the tenant finding service. They are competitively priced and the service is excellent. But where they are outstanding if you have an issue. I ran into a legal disagreement with the local council over Council tax when my tenant left suddenly. I was struggling to resolve the issue until TOLA explained to the Council the legal connotations of the letting agreement AST. I would give TOLA 6 stars if it was possible!
