GoogleThe cost of placing the advert was much more competitive than placing an ad directly with one of the best known property advertising platforms, it also got coverage on other sites that I would never have thought of using, this bought many enquiries. Placing the ad was simple once we overcame a slight issue with problems uploading photos which was resolved quickly when I emailed the team. The customer service is 2nd to none, response times are very quick. We would definitely use again.

GoogleSince the previous agency let us down and gave us headaches we have decided to move with The online letting agents LTD and they were just amazing from the start, they have provided us with an excellent service from the start of the process to the end where an agreement with the new tenants was done, I would highly recommend this company. They have exceeded our expectations and were consistently professional, friendly and full of integrity. Whenever we needed them they gave us prompt responses. This avoids wasting everyone’s time. They are always incredibly professional and diligent. I really appreciate their attention to detail and no limits approach. Excellent service. I was badly let down by a different online agency but TOLA have been brilliant. Setting up the ad was easy and it was live within hours. They responded very quickly and positively to any queries by email. Phone calls to them were also answered promptly and helpfully. I especially like the fact that they give extra details about the potential tenants so you know a little about what the person is looking for before you phone them. All in all, I have been very impressed. I will definitely use TOLA next time I need to advertise.

TOLA especially Magda were friendly, efficient and super speedy in finding me a tenant, carrying out credit checks and providing me with a tenancy agreement. And at a very reasonable price. TOLA are brilliant. Their communication is great, they are hugely efficient and getting things moving, they are supportive, patient, knowledgeable. I do not understand why any landlord would pay high street agent fees when TOLA are so competitively priced and in my experience (landlord for 21 years), they are the best agent I have used. Special name check for Magda and Eleanor this time round!

GoogleI have used TOLA many times over the last 8 years and find their services fast, highly efficiently and very informative. The whole process from advertising the property via the relevant property portals, sending of prospective tenants for viewing, undertaking the credit checks and collecting deposit has been excellent. I will keep using them for years to come.
