GoogleAs a landlord, i cannot recommend this company enough. From my initial enquiry through to handing over to my new tenant. The service is 5 star, friendly, helpful but still professional. Also good to know they are just at the end of the phone for as many questions you may have, without going through queueing system. You will not be disappointed.

GoogleThe cost of placing the advert was much more competitive than placing an ad directly with one of the best known property advertising platforms, it also got coverage on other sites that I would never have thought of using, this bought many enquiries. Placing the ad was simple once we overcame a slight issue with problems uploading photos which was resolved quickly when I emailed the team. The customer service is 2nd to none, response times are very quick. We would definitely use again.

I have had a very good experience. The initial loading of the property information was relatively easy. There was some constructive criticism given to me alone when there was limited interest shown in the apartment. Full tenancy check was done very quickly and tenancy agreement generated quite quickly. I had contact communication for the team during each stage.

Excellent service. I was badly let down by a different online agency but TOLA have been brilliant. Setting up the ad was easy and it was live within hours. They responded very quickly and positively to any queries by email. Phone calls to them were also answered promptly and helpfully. I especially like the fact that they give extra details about the potential tenants so you know a little about what the person is looking for before you phone them. All in all, I have been very impressed. I will definitely use TOLA next time I need to advertise.

TOLA especially Magda were friendly, efficient and super speedy in finding me a tenant, carrying out credit checks and providing me with a tenancy agreement. And at a very reasonable price. They are the only people I intend to use for my properties as their service is excellent.Cannot recommend them highly enough thank you.
