GoogleI'm a professional landlord with properties in London and one of the first clients of the Online Lettings Agents, over 12 years. Once again they have been professional, friendly and helped me through the whole lettings process. Making the process seamless! They offer a great service for any landlord or property owner, letting property without having to pay high street fees of 8 - 10 percent plus VAT, or around one months rent in many cases. Apart from the financial savings the other advantages I found are that since you do your own viewings you are able to assess if the prospective tenant/s are suitable for you and your property. First Class Service! I have encountered many problems with other lettings agents in the past however, The Online Letting Agents have restored my faith in using an agent. Eleanor and her team are incredibly professional, efficient and always extremely helpful. Very Strange how all reviews relate to landlords and none from a tenants point of view. Our experience with these has been far from that of any of the other reviews. Numerous voicemails and emails sent to chase up a "MISSING" or should I say ignorant private landlord who stated property was available and upon our return email of accepting the property has since went silent. This morning we finally were able to speak to the ONLINE LETTING COMPANY to be told the property was in-fact let a number of days ago. STICK WITH OUR LOCAL AGENTS AND SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. At least you can have a honest conversation rather than being fobbed off.
Hi Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to review our service and apologies if the communications you received from the landlord were unsatisfactory.We can't find anyone communicting to us with your name so we assume it may have been your partner who we spoke to this morning. For clarity, this landlord was not on a managed service and was organising their own let, we simply did the advertising for them.Unfortuantely we don't have visibility of communications between our landlords and potential tenants once we've sent the enquiry over to them. We make it clear on all our communications with you that you should place all offers with us, this allows us to track it's progress and follow a standard communications process. On this occasion it appears you entered into an offer discussion directly with the landlord and so we were completely unaware of it.The landlord let us know the property was let first thing this morning, so we marked it up as such. Your partner then called us up when, as I understand it, you couldn't get hold of the landlord. We informed you it was now let. This was the first communication you had with us with regards to your offer. Had we been aware of your interest in the property, we would have communicated with you on a regular basis as we do with any other offer.If your partner did not speak to us this morning, please let us know your details and we'll investigate further for you.

GoogleThat must have been the most impersonal call I've ever had. Just called them to ask a couple of questions about a property on RightMove and didn't even get a 'good morning'. Incredibly cold and impersonal and kept cutting off my sentences after 3 or 4 seconds. He really didn't want to know at all and was just interested in ending the call asap. I honestly wondered if it was an automated answer a couple of times and the whole call must have lasted about 30 seconds. Got the job done though, albeit in the most disconcerting manner possible.

I can see your call details and who took it and I'm slightly surprised to be honest as this agent is usually very polite, but anyway, I'll investigate and provide training as required. Easy to use, property online within a couple of hours, enquiries are received via email, my only negative comment would be that all applicants must be required to complete their email address I’m their enquiry. The referencing confirms employment status and salary but didn’t include whether the landlord would recommend the tenants which is a shame as the referencing didn’t feel as thorough as it should be. The AST was complete and being able to E sign is very convenient.

With regards to the landlords reference, if you look on the Final Report there's a section entitled "Previous Landlord Reference", you'll find what you're looking for there.
