Gary Church is the resident Director of award-winning estate agents Church Robinson and has over 25 years' experience in the area. He started his career in the property industry in the mid-80s, working at a small agency in Reading. His company merged in 2005 with fellow independent agents, Jones Robinson to become Church Robinson. GoogleI didn't purchase or sell a property from Church Robinson, my review is from a potential buyer's perspective. I have viewed a lot of properties in the area and dealt with lots of different agents and I have to say Church Robinson were the best in the area. From the moment I enquired about a property, to the viewing and respective followups, they have been the most friendly, professional, responsive and diligent agents. I ended up finding my dream home elsewhere, but if and when the time comes for me to sell my house, I know it will be in good hands with them. GoogleUnhappy with service, expressed I wanted to place a deposit on rental property and was advised unable to do so until I had viewed the property in person even though I had viewed the property via online viewing and placed an offer on the online system. Property then went before I was able to view in person. Company policies & procedures need to be made clear before you are able to place an offer!!!!!!!!!

GoogleRight from my first meeting with the valuer I felt confident that my house sale would be well handled. The process was fully explained during the meeting and the different teams would be working on the sale during the various stages. I was not let down, the price achieved was good and the speed of the sale was above average. I was kept informed with the progress and when it slowed down they were proactive in chasing the solicitors. We were promised good service from start to finish so we had high expectations, which were exceeded. GoogleOutstanding customer service !! The whole Team from lettings to Selling are incredible friendly and very helpful. We went through a very difficult time as a House buy fell through (with a different Estate Agent )last year and we needed to find a new House for us . I called church Robinson and viewed the Property I was interested in a few times. We put an offer down and rented until completion. All emails and phone calls I have made towards church Robinson have been answered immediately. Nothing was to much. GoogleChurch Robinson have been excellent throughout our sale. Their communication is always friendly, and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the "pull out all the stops" attitude they had when our buyers pulled out just before exchange. The very next day we had another 7 viewings, and a new offer.
