GoogleChurch Robinson provided an excellent experience when selling our house. No negative points for me to make. On the positives, they are very professional, very good communications, they always answered my calls and provided information I was looking for. If on the rare occasion I could not get my question answered immediately the answer was provided in good time. I always had feedback from each viewing. Something that worked very well was they used specialist for each phase of the process, rather that one person trying to cover all aspects. This was extremely sucessful, from initial setting up of the sale, through to the progress chaser, and everyone in between organising viewings (to suit my timing) marketing and advising on market changes and sales strategies. From my perspective a painless and sucessful process. Would I use Church Robinson again? Absolutely without hesitation.

GoogleWe had Jade show us around a house which we offered on.
I was very impressed with her knowledge of the property and the area and her help and honest advice. We didn't feel like we were given the salesman pitch, but instead felt it was like a consultation about our needs in a property. After a very long and drawn out sale, we felt that Dawn, the Church Robinson progressor, was the biggest asset out of all the professional bodies. Our own estate agents who we paid did very little to help us, but Dawn, who we weren't clients of, was on hand to help and support at every turn. I really can't stress how much we believe, if we didn't have church Robinson in our chain, our sale would have fallen through. Would recommend them as number 1, of the 4 estate agents in the area that I've used

The house purchase was with a chain. The whole process took a bit of time (and stress!). The staff (Jo Manners in particular) has been fantastic working towards the completion.
