GoogleDavis Tate Didcot have been outstanding from start to finish with regards to the sale of our flat. In particular I would like to say a HUGE thank you firstly to; David Wrigley - who has taken the meaning of going above and beyond to a whole other level. There have been some extremely tight deadlines to meet and difficult hurdles to get over to ensure this sale was completed on time and David took it upon himself to ensure that everything that could be done -was done ,in a professional and efficient manner. David even went to the extent of driving 3.5 hours in his personal time to hand deliver crucial documents to the relevant vendors to ensure our personal deadlines could be met - it doesn't get any better than that! David continuously provided us with updates, provided us with realistic expectations and always followed through on actions advised and we cannot thank him enough! Secondly I would like to say thank you to; Rachel Grimsey - Rachel has also been fantastic throughout this process, she is always so obliging, friendly and happy to help however she can and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process! I spent months trying to find somewhere that would accept a well behaved dog and they really fought for us and helped us every step of the way. GoogleAfter searching for a property with more than 6 estate agencies and through various websites, Davis Tate absolutely provided the best experience for my wife and me. The process was a bit challenging for us as newcomers in the UK, but it went smoothly with their assistance. I wasn't surprised when we signed our contract with the agency, even though we had other ongoing proposals. We appreciate all their dedication and highly recommend them.
