Great service from this exemplar branch of Davis Tate agency in Didcot! We were very pleased with the service offered with professionalism by the team from our very first contact when we were looking for a property to rent in Didcot - Matt was very helpful with all the information we needed at the time. And, as a tenant, I can only praise the help we've got from Alina, our property manager - on every occasion we needed to call her - she was always very prompt and very helpful and sorted out things for us in a very professional manner. We bought our house in Didcot through Davis Tate. We dealt with Victoria, Matthew, Phil and Hope, and are very grateful for their expertise and amount of time given to visit properties. The lost star comes from the Financial Services company Davis Tate recommended to us: Embrace Financial Services. Maybe my Financial Advisor was overwhelmed at that time, but it resulted in 3 of my emails being overlooked, and some calls not being returned. Had one of those emails been opened at the time I sent it, my mortgage application would have been much more straightforward, less stressful, and I have no doubt the decision would have come earlier that it eventually did. When challenged, my financial advisor got quite defensive, but I'd argue attention to detail was clearly lacking ... Also, I dealt with 3 advisors in the space of a few weeks. So I would definitely not recommend using Embrace Financial Services.

I bought 2 properties recently that were sold through Davis Tate and I found them extremely helpful in arranging viewings and subsequently throughout the conveyancing process. I have also begun using Davis Tate as a lettings agent and feel very fortunate to have done so. Matt (lettings manager) and David (branch manager) are super helpful and they have what I have found to be sorely lacking with some agents I have dealt with - knowledge, experience, honesty and a friendly way of working with people. Letting with them is made so simple, and any queries I have are always dealt with quickly. David Wrigley pulled out all the stops and regularly pushed the solicitors on both sides to ensure everything was kept on track.
