I've had many interactions with lots of estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Chancellors, and Callum Parsons in particular, have been the best I've dealt with. We're moving from London to Didcot and Callum helped us with our move. He was really helpful at making sure we had all the relevant information and, unlike most other estate agents, kept us updated regularly so we knew what was going on with the other side of the process. It was refreshing to actually feel like someone wanted to work with us and help us get our property. I would 100% recommend dealing with Chancellors in the future.

Such lovely people and so welcoming, they are happy to help with anything at any time and always answer any questions you have, I would highly recommend using them when looking for a property. Rhiannon, in particular, helped us with everything to do with our property and was always there whenever we needed her, she was so kind and helpful and nothing felt like it was too much to ask!

Ben Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. A very efficient and professional service. I had a long wait for the vendor of my new house to find a property to move into (over 6 months). However, throughout this period Rhianna was excellent and kept me updated on progress with a warm and friendly manner. I always felt she was on my side and she stopped me from getting disheartened on numerous occasions. She was also very good at answering any questions I had on the whole process, which were many given I was a first time buyer. I would definitely do business with Chancellors again.

I had the displeasure of renting through this agent. The whole time I was with them I felt like a resource and not a human being. The staff were rude, didn't have time for me and mislead me on the suppliers of my electric, gas, water and broadband, which caused a lot of hassle whilst setting things up. They don't care for people particularly when you're trying to view houses to rent or buy, and don't seem to know anything about their properties. In my experience I would avoid this agent like the plague. If I could give no stars I certainly would.

We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

They were very professional throughout and did everything they could to make the whole experience as painless as possible.
