On multiple occasions, I never got a reply from the rental team to my inquiries, by email or phone. They always said the team was busy and would call me back. When I called back after 1-2 days, they said the property was let, however the properties were still showing as available to let on Rightmove and their official website, even after a few days.

Megan Antill was really lovely and welcoming when showing us around the properties. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the properties. I only initially booked a viewing for one property but Megan did show us others that she thought we would like and were in our price range. I found this very helpful and we even liked the other house better than the one I initially booked a viewing for. I really enjoyed meeting Megan; she was really approachable and I felt very comfortable talking to her (I can get anxious over meeting new people but felt completely at ease with Megan).

The sale of our house has been far from straightforward for many reasons. After a sale fell through last year we felt quite deflated and so we decided to change estate agents, at which point Megan at Chancellors (Didcot) took on our house sale. Throughout the process Megan has been proactive, driving forward regular viewings on our property. She has kept us informed every step of the way, providing us with regular weekly updates. We now have a buyer and Megan has helped us negotiate a mutually agreeable sale agreement. Megan is always approachable and her positive attitude really puts you at ease. She will always respond to calls or messages in a timely fashion. She listened to our needs and wants and has also been instrumental in helping us find our new 'forever home'.
