FacebookWould definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Always polite and professional, so yes, would definitely recommend!

FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

GoogleI had the displeasure of renting through this agent. The whole time I was with them I felt like a resource and not a human being. The staff were rude, didn't have time for me and mislead me on the suppliers of my electric, gas, water and broadband, which caused a lot of hassle whilst setting things up. They don't care for people particularly when you're trying to view houses to rent or buy, and don't seem to know anything about their properties. In my experience I would avoid this agent like the plague. If I could give no stars I certainly would.

GoogleChancellors Didcot lettings team (Callum Parsons- Lettings Manager) supported me in finding the tenants for my property in Didcot. I can say that they have the best team in place who is very effective in communication, keep you update with the market condition, responses from the prospective tenants, guide you correctly in finding the right tenants, proactively inform you regarding the legal requirements from the Landlord perspective. I really enjoyed working with the lettings team and will work again in the future. Thanks to all the Letting Team!!!

GoogleWe recently used Chancellors in Didcot to move to a rented property and were very impressed with the personal service we received. Tom and Jack were great, we mainly liaised with Tom and he was proactive and updated us at every stage at such a challenging time with the COVID virus. In my short experience with letting agents in Didcot I think Chancellors and more specific Tom are a credit to the service, we experienced very poor service from other agents in the area and it was a welcome surprise to us that Tom and Chancellors were so proactive and caring.
