GoogleGreat experience with this agency, super friendly, really helpful and active in getting us a rental property. Katherine was our point of contact and was great, always willing to help and very fast in replying to emails! Reasonable fees compared to some places. We're new to the area and they helped us find a place pretty quickly, which was great. Would recommend!

GoogleDuring a particularly difficult time in my son's life and needing to find somewhere to rent quickly with the added difficulty of having a dog in tow. Chancellors pulled out all the stops and have found him a home. Special thanks to Elizabeth who has been an absolute star staying late so that we could view places.

The communication within their team, with contractors, with my tenants and myself has been superb. FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.
