GoogleKatherine made the entire experience very easy and straight forward. She was approachable, easy to talk to and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. She asked me what I wanted and was able to immediately guide me towards a property that was perfect for me. Would highly recommend chancellors based on this experience.

FacebookThe worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.

FacebookSean Randall has been very impressive. My tenant, a good guy, has had to leave, and Sean has been top notch in working through the things that need to be done and arranging them all. He's even kept me posted with what's happening. Can't ask for more than that :) Best wishes Bob Gilbert

Chancellors and in particular Chloe Walsh have been outstanding in supporting myself and my partner through this process. Chloe listened to everything we needed and didn't stop until she found us a property that was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

FacebookI’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had ‘George’ from Chancellors (Slough) leave me a voicemail, despite emailing them to ask them to stop! Arranged a viewing, they didn’t turn up, which is why I’m not interested in having anything to do with them. When I phoned them, no one seemed to know what was going on! My husband wasted his day off waiting around for them.

GoogleBrandon did a great job of keeping me informed during the process and was always friendly when he called. We had lots of viewings, some of which he conducted for us and when we did find an interested buyer he was able to negotiate to get our asking price.

GoogleJoe did a great job showing me around, was welcoming and personable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the viewing slot didn't really give enough time to ask all the questions a first time private renter has!

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!
