Our experience with Whitegates has been mixed but the one saving grace was Freda, the Property Manager.When we first arrived at our new apartment, it hadn’t been cleaned, there was black mould and lots of things were broken. (This wasn’t the responsibility of Whitegates, the property was let by them but not managed)Despite the fact that she didn’t really have to do anything and it was her day off Freda dealt with everything. She came to the house we were moving out of, picked up the keys for the apartment and organised for professional cleaners to clean the apartment that day. Honestly after the problems we had with the apartment and the inventory being inaccurate and dated incorrectly, we were ready to break the contract and demand a full refund. But thanks to the wonderful Freda, we are now in our new home and have repairs booked in to make it perfect.Thank you Freda, You well and truly saved the day!

GoogleRubbish sellers. Save deals for contacts, if they can't sell for you outside of whitegates, they don't even end up listing your property. Some staff need sacking, especially Ahmed. They wasted my time for months. Surely whitegates as a company can't be happy missing out on commissions like this. Get it sorted out and do an internal investigation ASAP.

GoogleDue to my new job, the move from south to west yorkshire was stressful enough and trying to find somewhere was put off for as long as possible because of previous estate agents. I had missed countless flats by being mismanaged. However, Whitegates in Dewsbury is quite an exception! Upon hearing about my circumstances they picked two suitable properties to be viewed within the week - back to back. I viewed them both and picked. I sent an email and left a message showing interest which was picked up the following day (during the week) and I was invited in as soon as possible to start the paperwork. With each stage explained, paperwork was provided as the staff explained the stages and what to be expected. Other companies who oversee your references and credit checks where also great. If you get the requested information and do so quickly Whitegates, Dewsbury can work their magic! They don't drag their feet and if external companies do they will tell you in daily/weekly updates. They even chase up those companies. The staff are always pleasant and happy to explain the complicated world of property. I was lucky enough to move in just before Christmas and concentrate on my new job knowing I had a home to go too. I can't thank Sarah and Nicola enough!

A Fantastic Service and Seamless Process was what we received when instructing Whitegates to sell our property. We opted to go through the Modern Method of Auction and in the process saved on Estate Agency fees. The process was quick and we got the price we were looking for. FacebookExcellent company, couldn’t fault them at all, very pleased from start to finish. Very professional staff, big thanks to Rafiq for valuing my property and thoroughly explaining the process, also a big thanks to Jess who dealt with the majority of high number of calls regarding the viewings, I’m sure she was sick of hearing my voice by the end of it lol. On the whole I was very satisfied with the service and will be using them again in the near future . I’d also recommend people pay that little bit extra for professional photos that they offer. I put a lot of time effort and money into renovating the property and the photos certainly did it justice ��
