Amazing service from start to finish! Wow what can i say - such a smooth journey. Amy was very helpful throughout the whole process - I received regular updates and timescales. As a first time buyer, everything was explained very clearly and broken down into stages. The communication and response to queries has always been quick and I find the staff there friendly and helpful. Amy has provided me great support and very helpful in addressing any queries. Overall, I could not fault the services of Whitegates Dewsbury at all. Highly Recommended!

GoogleThe staff are rude and arrogant. The lady I spoke to was very rude and condescending. Promised to call me back then didn’t. When I rang back and asked to speak to a manager he was an Asian guy who kept saying “look brother, look brother” when I asked him to stop patronising me, he said right then will end this call right here and slammed the phone down! Looking at other people’s experience I can now see why so many people have said staff are rude. Wouldn’t use or recommend to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member at Whitegates’ Dewsbury branch. I called several times to speak with Ikra, who had been consistently polite and helpful throughout my application process. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness from a male staff member (who claimed to be the manager). He refused to give his name, spoke over me, raised his voice, and was generally unprofessional during the call.

I have been using Whitegates to manage my property for over 5 years now. The communication and response to queries has always been quick and I find the staff there friendly and helpful. Sarah has provided me great support over the years whenever it has come to re-letting the property, the rental demand etc. Andrea has also been very helpful in addressing any queries I have with my landlord statements. Lizzie has been amazing at letting me know when the rent for my property falls below the market rental rates. In addition, the new income and expenditure reports from Catherine are great is it allows me to easily cross reference against my records for my accounts. Overall, I could not fault the services of Whitegates Dewsbury at all.
