I needed an apartment to rent urgently for my new job and Whitegates were very quick to get me a nice one in Batley. I was able to move in on time for my job. The apartment was very good, the staff were quick to respond to me whenever I needed something in the apartment. They were very generous and kind and gave me accommodation reference when it was time to move out. The agency was happy with the apartment when I moved out and I received all my deposits. Whitegates Dewsbury is quite simply the best estate agency in town. All the staff are efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are quick to return calls, even in very busy periods, and have acted speedily and courteously in all matters. Camran, Sarah, Danni and Amy in particular know the business and the area inside out, and have provided valuable advice regarding our purchases and rental properties. Added to this, their fees are reasonable and considering their first class service, extremely good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitegates to buyers, sellers, renters or landlords.

Sold my house with Whitegates a while ago. Everyone I met either in person or on the telephone were very polite, efficient and friendly. The first person I met was Danni Dickinson who did the initial valuation and managed to get me a really good price. But the one person who stood out as being exceptional was Lisa Cordery. She took over the day to day sale of the house, carrying out viewings, regular contact with me giving feedback and generally overseeing the whole process. On a personal note I have to say she was one of the nicest people I have ever met - always so friendly and approachable but also very professional. I would like to take this opportunity to wish her all the best for the future.

We had owned a 2 bed 1st floor flat from new since 2007 and Whitegates Dewsbury had managed the property brilliantly so it made sense to instruct Whitegates to sell it with the tenant in. Within 4 days of the property going onto the market they had introduced cash buyers just below the asking price. There were a few hurdles to sort out which Whitegates dealt with quickly and professionally. We have now completed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
