GoogleI am not happy with the experience i received today, i was told something different when i made my first offer, i have been told you have been rejected with your offer and you cant make anymore offers due to vendor accepting another offer but i have been told over the phone i could offer again if anyone is winning the property. Definitely a inside job for this property.

The Whitegates team have been fantastic in helping me re-house my elderly parents in such short notice after structural damage to their previous home. They were understanding, caring and patient and went above and beyond to help us. I had been with whitegates for a year and can honestly say freda (property manager) Is one of the most welcoming people within whitegates. I was initially impressed with her style of approaching a situation. She is very professional and knows her job well compared to others. Furthermore due to having slight issues with my tenants Freda helped me effortlessly and this being having come on her day off work to complete the inventory so I was able to move back in to my property as soon as . She definitely has improved the quality of service within white-gates, so I cannot thank her enough for the advice and help she provided me with!! I hope others follow her strategies because she is just amazing .
