Long story short. Lucy was the estate agent in charge of a property. We visited the property on Thursday and the landlord said that she would be taking in apllication over the weekend and replying by Monday. We put in a an application on Friday morning and Lucy gave us a rejection within half an hour. Apparently, Lucy decides which applications the landlord should see.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

The estate agents in this Fulfords branch were friendly and welcoming, especially Yolanda, the only issue was the length of time and only a few viewings to find interested buyers, however after the statutory three month period had elapsed and i told them I would be using another estate agent, out of the blue we had six viewings in one week, shame it was the threat of moving to a competitor was necessary to get things moving on their part

Thanks to Emma, Gareth and the team at Fulfords for selling my property. They´ve been very proactive, efficient and professional from the very beginning. Giving me feedback after each viewing and then helping me with the sale process, ensuring that everything went smoothly. They went out of their way to obtain information I couldn´t get but was requested from me. Also, no matter whom I spoke to at the office, they could update me on the sale. The team at Fulford's have been great! They searched out properties which actually reflected my requirements rather than just sending me random details like so many other estate agents. The property I finally purchased came with some 'issues'; all of the staff at Fulford's were always ready to answer my queries and to help me in pursuing matters with both sets of solicitors during the conveyancing period. Jason at Fulfords Simply the best!

I dealt with Jason (Manager) at Fulfords, St Budeaux, Plymouth as I wanted to sell my rental property. On our first meeting he assessed the house, was fully armed with facts about the surrounding areas property market and was totally transparent re costs and approximate timings. He was polite professional and clearly highly experienced. I should add at this stage that he had come highly recommended by my sister in law who had previously used his expertise to sell her mother’s house. I was impressed both at the initial meeting and afterwards by his continued diligence. The team there (directed by Jason) worked hard to sell my property which they did in very short time. They continued to assist the purchasers (first time buyers) when they hit snags which I have no doubt greatly reduced the timeline. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I will definitely use again. Thankyou to Jason and the team.

Where do I start

Where do I start. We bought a house that Fulfords had listed, when we went to the first viewing the estate agent didn't even know how much the house was on the market for. We put in an offer in and it got accepted. We had two phone calls a week later asking how we were getting on with purchasing a new house although we had already had an offer accepted on their listing.

Worst company ever. This company have special talent to make expense quote same as the amount of deposit money. Even the internal guy shared to me they make fake quotations from local services in order to grab all deposit of tenant. Do not recommend this company al all.

Unprofessional behaviour

Very unprofessional behaviour. Earlier, they told us the landlord had agreed with other tenants and refused our application. Later, my husband inquired about the same property from his Zoopla account and was told it was still available. When he mentioned that I had already spoken to them in the morning, they suddenly changed their answer again. This was despite the fact that we had already accepted the rent they quoted.

I own a bungalow in Exmouth with beautiful views of the sea, I used Fulfords lettings to look after it. Fulfords Exmouth never inspected the property for 2 years, tenant wrecked the place, no Branch manager or lettings managers for long periods of time, been offered £100 goodwill gesture not accepted. Please give this company a wide berth.

I would highly recommend fulfords if you are looking for quality service, they helped me so much when searching for a home, it took me a long time and fulfords was one of the only companies that checked on me in the months of searching always informing me about opportunities I could take to find a new place.
