My husband and I have been very happy with Sowerbys. All their Staff from Oliver, Leanne and Sophie at the Dereham Office have been a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and professional. My only feedback for improvement would be that as all 3 were dealing with our enquiries sometimes messages were not shared across all 3 members of staff. I am not sure what system they use or if this allows them to leave notes for each other, but if the system does not allow they need to find a process for sharing. Apart from that I would recommend Sowerbys to all.

Sowerbys have managed my rental property for many years and have always been an excellent company to deal with from my perspective and hopefully also the tenants. When I decided to sell the property they were extremely helpful in getting in valuations and helping to make it as easy for the tenants as possible. Their valuation was the highest received and I was assured that the sales agent knew the area extremely well. The marketing brochure was delightful and really represented the bungalow well. The result was that I got a full asking price offer on the first day of the property being on the market. I felt the communication was very good and the advice from Jess showed her experience and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Sowerbys

I’ve been looking for a house in the area for myself and my partner for awhile now. I’ve tried a few different agency’s but haven’t really found what we’re after untill yesterday! We decided to have a look at the properties in the window at Sowerbys in Dereham. Myself and my partner were kindly met inside by estate agent Jack Dadd. He came across very enthusiastic and welcoming! He then showed us a portfolio of properties in the area that he thought would suit our needs and budgets and booked us in to view a few! It was great walking around the properties with Jack, he was very professional and seemed to know the properties inside and out which was very useful when answering our trivial questions! Overall the viewings we’re great and we’re now fine tuning our options with Jack! 🤞
