Sowerbys and their team are very professional, polite and keep you updated all of the way. Their advice has been helpful and the feedback great, if they're having trouble getting feedback for you from the viewings they still contact you to let you know they're trying. Other estate agents just don't communicate at all. Nothing is too much trouble, you are involved in the valuing and marketing of your property not to mention the photography is very professional. I would like to make a special thank you to Joanna, since we accepted an offer on our house and completed the chain, things have not been easy. A certain estate agent in the chain disrupted and insulted pretty much everyone. The abuse and accusations that he directed at Joanna other parties in the chain were disgusting. Joanna behaved professionally and acted as a buffer between him and us. Joanna was kind, sympathetic and reassuring the whole way through. At one point we nearly put our house back on the market as we were so fed up and demoralized. With the help and guidance that Joanna gave us helped us through. Thanks to Joanna we are now only a week away from completion and looking forward to a new chapter in our lives. Thanks again. Paul and Katie

We recently purchased a property through Sowerbys of Dereham. Due to outside factors, Including a chain collapse and C19, the process took a lot longer than we had all anticipated. Our saving grace throughout it all was the wonderful Octavia of Sowerbys who worked extremely hard behind the scenes to keep things as stress free as possible for us. Her professionalism and dedication kept things moving forward despite difficult circumstances and she went the extra mile to ensure not only that everything was on track but was also a friendly voice of reassurance when needed. Communication was always excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Sowerbys and thank Octavia for everything she has done for us during our purchase.

Can’t recommend Sowerbys enough, amazing service from beginning to end. Aaron was both professional and personable and the marketing of our property was second to none. We were in a very long chain and Joanna worked tirelessly to get it over the line. She consistently went the extra mile in particularly stressful circumstances and we believe that without her intervention the sale may not have gone through. Having experienced really appalling service from a certain estate agency when trying to buy a new home earlier this year I have to say it makes a refreshing change to deal with the guys at Sowerbys in Dereham. Louie, from the outset has been throughly professional, charming and friendly, someone who actually does what he says he will do, a rarity in our experience when buying property. I have to say I'm very impressed with the service I've received from Sowerbys. When I first decided to go on the market, like most people I had valuations from several local agents and, despite the fact that there were agents offering a more financially attractive commission, I opted to go with Sowerbys as I got the impression I would be receiving a professional and attentive service - and I wasn't wrong. In particular, 'Hats Off' to Louie White - he engaged with me regularly throughout the time I've been on the market and, more importantly, was extremely helpful in negotiating not only an acceptable sale price for my property, but also negotiated on my behalf with the estate agent representing the vendor for the property I've agreed to purchase and agreed a reduction on the purchase price I possibly may not have achieved on my own.
