Awful. Took 7 months to get anything done on the cottage we rented, despite constant assurances work would be carried out. After a year, the boiler thermostat was still not replaced, with the result that the water was scalding hot. Sowerbys were aware of this since our first inspection 3 months into the contract. It took 9 months to even get a fuel oil monitoring Watchman unit. Absolutely appalling treatment. I would advise anyone to steer well clear. There are plenty of other estate agents in Norfolk. Try one of them!
