I'll be honest, we did not have a great experience with Minors & Brady (typical estate agents) & I felt like it was down to us to get the house sold. Honestly, it was sold due to rightmove & I was the 1 that showed our buyers around our property. But, Nagilla Santos who was our aftersales progressor was great.Communication is obviously key when it comes to buying & selling properties, so when Nagilla stepped up to take charge once our property was sold for the 2nd time, she done a great job.

Claire Wilson from the post sales team has consistently performed above and beyond the call of duty during our very difficult house sale. Where other estate agent firms have been less than useful, Claire has constantly harried and reminded other parties in the chain that tasks need to be completed and there are people waiting who are in a state of flux. TrustpilotToo Many Invited Reviews & Too Many Price Reductions!
People should beware of what they see here on Trust Pilot, as the vast majority of the glowing 5* reviews, always praising staff by name, are invited! Or, in more appropriate terms, pestered! I made the mistake of using these people, and even before the property went live, I was sent an email by a woman in their listing department asking me to leave a positive review!! This also happened to someone else I knew, some months before! It is clear they do this; just look at the number of once only reviewers here, and the fact they praise!This company are also renowned for taking properties on at full valuation, backed up by their values, and then, as in my experience, within less than two weeks, if not sold, they phone and hassle for a price reduction! This happened to me and to the people I referred to, as well! It doesn’t stop there, as if another two weeks pass and the property has still not sold, they suggest another price reduction! When I questioned their logic and said a firm no, they kept the pressure up, even misquoting statistics, to support their own claims of being the best selling agent in the area! False claims, based on ALL of their offices, scattered across a large area, and NOT specific to just one area! These people rely on commission and it doesn’t matter to them if the slice thousands off the asking price as all they lose is a few hundred, as a company, and a few pounds as the agent handling any sale! My advice is go elsewhere, but if you signed a contract, get out of it after it has run, change agent and before that refuse any cajoling or bullying to drop your price! After all, they valued it, not you!

GoogleWe found these agents good communicators and helpful with the sale of our house. We were clear with them that we wanted a realistic valuation for a reasonably fast sale in the current market, and so with this understanding we did well. They called us every week with an update. The photographs they took of our house were excellent, and the photographer did a great job as she found some brilliant angles to show off the features of the place. After sales care was good; Nagilla communicated well with solicitors and kept us in the picture with what she knew. Overall, we were happy with these agents.

Please if you have rented the house before don't listed in the website I phone thus agent about 1bed flat for answer the phone and saying is not for viewing I kept asking to put my name for viewing only one answer saying not for viewing when can I phone again answer not for Viewing I have asked my friends to phone was same answer , I said I will phone again next week , the same lady answer the said is fully booked for viewing I told her phoned last week to put my name for renting all she saying sorry is fully booked for Viewing ! Why you listed the house if you got somebody Just not professional and not respectfull don't rent from here unless you know who works there or British born and bread maybe the give chance to view houses for rent. RACIST PEOPLE I HAVE TO SAY .
