GoogleThankyou Louis,
From Minors and Brady. For coming out at such short notice and out of normal office hours. That flexibility makes such a difference to us working mums. I appreciated your knowledge and professionalism regarding our viewing. Thankyou for taking the time to discuss the property with me and my plans moving forward.
Well done.

TrustpilotGood viewing experience
Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

GoogleJust completed purchase of a property in Dereham. A great experience over all. In particular, once the offer had been accepted, Nagilla Santos from the After Sales team was very helpful throughout; liaising with the vendors and solicitors, and generally keeping tabs on everything. Regular updates in addition to prompt replies to any questions raised, made the whole purchase as straightforward and stress free as possible. Overall, very impressed with the level of customer service.
