Minors & Brady excel themselves in everyway ! Very much a team working together in every part of the process. Everyone takes pride in everything they do, attention to detail is key. Thank you to all the team but in particular, Curtis, the photographer (whose ability to take the right pictures was incredible), Adelaide, Nagilla & Claire. What was initially a poor experience for me with M&B due to a lack of communication and customer care was turned around completely when Chloe Curtis came on board. Having been passed around three other team members during a long and arduous process Chloe was finally assigned to help move my house purchase along and from day one, Chloe approached the task with professionalism, empathy and a huge care for the customer, with daily communication and constant chasing to get this caught up from the previous team members who had done very little IMO. By far the most helpful estate agents we have ever used. Dan was so helpful and patient...we had such a varied ticklist and he worked his way thru properties to select places he thought we would like to view and booked us 4 appointments for the very next day. Went to visit a house back in beginning of January and instantly fell in love. Minors and Brady were fantastic from the start! So quick to respond and got the ball rolling very quickly. Once the offer had been accepted we were passed to Cassandra Creak who was incredibly professional and efficient.
