GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service me and my family have received… we spoke with Ben on the phone on Friday and booked a viewing for today at 12:30, we arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 12:30 and there was still no one at the property so we rang the phone number that was given and it went straight to head office, we were promised a call back from the agent and it’s now been over an hour and no one has gotten back to us… we have travelled over 2hours for this viewing and to not even have a courtesy call to let us know it wasn’t going ahead is an appalling service. We spoke to 4 different people at head office and nothing has come from it and we still don’t know what’s happening. NEVER using this service again. If you are the seller of 52 Litcham road you might want to have words with the office as they may have cost you a sale
