After using two other estate agents in Dereham we nearly gave up on selling our home then by chance walked past the office and decided to give it one more go and went in and spoke with jack a smashing young lad who took all our details and made us feel like a friend rather than a customer couple of days later Ryan came to our home again such a lovely chap went around our home gave us great advice and a proper valuation not over hiked to get a sale he did all our photos which were amazing we decided to go along and place our home on the market with Ben greentree the manager what a guy his expertise was amazing they soon sold our home not once but twice after chain crashed five stars is not enough highly recommend thanks guys Gordon and Diane

Elton and Roxy made our dream happen! We had tried to sell our house with an online estate agent, who valued the house at an inflated price and had no contact with us after earning his commission, we then went with a quick buy company as we had put a deposit on our dream home in Corfu. We got to the day before our belongings were being shipped, my wife had finished at her job and I was about to finish mine, when all of a sudden, they offered 45000 under the original price to complete, a total SCAM. As you can imagine, we were devastated! We had met Elton previously as he valued our house around July last year, we knew we had to do something and had not used Haart due to being naïve and needing to sell quickly. I got on the phone straight away and Elton was devastated for us, he came round that afternoon and took videos, and pictures of the house, we were online the next day. We had an open house day which Elton wanted to do himself and we sold that week. Roxy then took on the progression which was very slow to start and communication up the chain was non existent, but Elton and Roxy between them made a formidable team and were in contact with us all the way through. They were not just estate agents, they became our friends too. We cannot thank them enough as I am sat here, now retired in my Villa in Corfu, living the dream. So thank you Elton and Roxy from us both.

Moving home is usually known to come with a degree of stress - but Roxanne at Haart’s of Dereham kept everything going... Even when the wheels fell off and we had to go back on the market for a second time. The exercise to buy and sell, for what we considered to be a simple and straight forward process, quickly became one of false dawns and disappointments. - Luckily for us we had Roxanne to make the best out of a chaotic situation. She was able to keep us informed, and explain to us, in simple terms, (I’m not the sharpest pencil in the box), what was happening and what we could expect. - A very pleasant manner and unexcitable (I wish I could say the same for Memsahib and myself). Roxanne kept us informed and guided us through some awkward moments. - All things considered, I'm very happy how things turned out. If you are looking for an estate agent, look no further. Haart at Dereham office were the agents for the property I was buying. From the very beginning when Michela warmly greeted me and showed me around Haart have been superb. It is accurate to say throughout the process Roxanne has been amazing and stepped up when the situation warranted it. Always being professional and courteous on numerous occasions she stepped in and helped to keep the negotiations on track by contacting all the other agents and their lawyers to stir them in to action when there were challenges. From great photos and write ups from Elton through to the team they have all been so helpful. Just completed the sale of my late father’s property. This was quite stressful as I was waiting for probate to come through and was being constantly chased by the buyers, whilst still grieving. I have dealt mainly with Roxanne and from the start she has been an absolute angel. She always kept me in the loop and regularly called for an update chat. Michaela went out of her way to help with the legal and other complexities of my mother's house sale, including driving (many times) the 5 miles each way to take documents for her to sign, scanning id documents and emailing them to me (I live 175 miles away) and going through what was necessary to market and sell her property. So we decided to put our house on the market because we had seen a few houses we liked, after having a few estate agents over from Dereham including Roxy from dereham I quickly made my mind up. Roxy came to my house and had lots of information about other property sales in the area and had done a lot of background research. As home owners who have done a lot to our house Roxy was the only estate agent that really was passionate about the improvements we had made, she also was very warm and interested in me , my husband and our little girl. Roxy also explained that as soon as she got back she would be calling clients to book them in for viewings which is what a seller wants to hear, We have had our property on the market for less than two weeks and the communication is fantastic and we sold !! Yes Haart were on the higher end of the fees however I do believe we have totally got what we payed for and 100% happy with the support Roxy has given us !! We met Jordan Amos when he showed us around a property for sale. Jordan was most helpful and gave us a detailed tour of the property. Any questions that he could not answer were followed up promptly after our visit. We did not feel at all rushed during our viewing and no question seemed too much effort. Jordan is very polite and professional in his attitude. The follow up calls after the visit were timely and appropriate; we felt kept in the loop but with no hard sell.
