From the first call through the viewing with Annia Wilkinson such a lovely/professional person until getting the keys of the house! They manage to change the whole house carpet and do the paintings. I received the keys in the exact date I asked for which was 1 month after my viewing. Even after settling in they respond quickly and efficiently to calls an emails-Thanks Emma Parks I will definitely recommend Northwood Derbyshire Ltd

Direct reviewsJust completed on a flat in Darley Abbey, sold through Northwood. A big thank you to Abi and Lucy for helping to get this done with a deadline looming. Abi gave me regular updates on the progress of the purchase, and I know worked really hard pushing both sides solicitors and the management company to provide the necessary information in order to complete. Always available when needed and provided reassurance that things were getting done. I would absolutely recommend Northwood to any prospective seller, the clear communication to all parties made a huge difference, and gave me confidence we would complete in time. GoogleA different review to clients, but as contractors we are very pleased we work with Northwood. They are very efficient when it comes to maintenance work on the properties they manage. We have done work with them for a few years now and their drive to satisfy both Tennant's, landlords & sellers is what separates them from many other agents. We have completed works for them when they have tight schedule or specific criteria and they have gone over and above to make sure everything is perfect. We look forward to continuing our service to themselves and helping them exceed expectations.

We dealt with Abi who always knew exactly what was happening and who to chase and played a huge part in making a stressful experience less so when our initial buyer pulled out. Abi provided us updates even more than our own agents/solicitors and we felt we could rely on her to sort out any issues! Our only regret is not using Northwood to sell our home and would not hesitate to do so if we move again!

Direct reviewsNorthwood were recommended to me for the sale of my property and I wasnt disappointed. Lucy and Hayley initially came to view the property, discuss current market rates, marketing options and take photos. The photos looked great and the brochure was smart. Lucy was friendly and kept me up to date with any interest that was being generated. Viewings were arranged and the option for Northwood to accompany the viewings was available. Once offers had come in, I was assisted in evaluating my options with no pressure being made to go one way or another, which I think is an advantage of Northwoods fixed fee approach. After Id accepted an offer i went through to Northwoods sale progression team with Abi. Abi was on the ball throughout the process from offer acceptance to completion, keeping me up to date, ensuring communication between parties/solicitors was as quick as it could be and looked to ressolve any queries/issues as soon as they arose. Northwood played their part in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible, all parties were satisfied and ultimately a successful outcome

They responded to any enquiry quickly and have always been happy to help often going above and beyond to ensure we had a great service. There was a lot of stress for us being first time buyers but Abi and the team were very good in putting us at ease and helping us out whenever we needed and keeping us well informed of any progress with the sale. I would recommend them in future to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.

From the start Abbie said she???d give me a progress report each week and she was as good as her word. Lucy helped me to market the property and advised as to which bid to accept - and she was right. Communication is paramount as conveyancing can be a long progress and I wasn???t once left wondering. Good job Lucy & Abbie

From day one she has been nothing but an absolute unsung hero with us, nothing is ever too much trouble, no question is ignored and her patience (especially with the amount of ridiculous question I ask) is endless. GoogleI’ve used this company for lettings they have caused me many problems and thousands of pounds of repairs. With their clearly inadequate vetting of prospective tenants. Avoid if you value your property and hard earned cash. I’ve been landlord and developer for over 30years. I’ve used all of em these are the worst.there is still one or two gooduns out there.
