GoogleFive people of staff being more interested more to surf internet on the pc rather than serve the sole customer at the moment,at the end just the older person on the agency have a little attention to my info requests,employes of this agency should work with livestock and not with customers,desgusting and rotten customer experience,arms stolen from the farming industry!!!!!

GooglePlease read their contracts very CAREFULLY! My friend is about to pay 3 months rent but cant actually move in until Sept! Goods can go in July ???as if their belongings can be left in an empty shared house!! Staff care about money but very little else

GoogleNEVER go with Nicholas Humphreys, haven't sorted out multiple problems we've been having for months even though I have spoken to multiple property managers and given a detailed list on what is wrong. Nothing has been sorted out. Definitely won't be renting with them ever again.

GoogleDO NOT SIGN ON WITH THESE PEOPLE. Absolute criminals. Just claimed to "repair" my bed by literally nailing a wooden slab onto it. This is after a MONTH of asking for it to be repaired. The house was in disrepair when we moved in, they have no concern for anything but taking your money

GoogleWould definitely recommend Nicholas Humphreys for student lettings. My son has rented a 3 bed house with his friends and the service has been brilliant. The accommodation is of high quality, Bali Kaur will be his property manager and she made the process so easy!

GoogleThis is by far the least helpful company I have ever had dealings with. For someone wanting to get things organised in a timely manner, they have made it difficult at every turn while charging an extortionate amount of money for poor service. Would advise landlords and tenents to avoid!
