GoogleIf you're a student do not go with these guys! We've had house viewings where they didn't give us 24hrs notice, found a lot of glass shards (at least 26) in the garden which they've refused to do anything about & have refused to replace a broken window at the front door because its not a 'High Risk' They've also been blacklisted by the university! Do not go with these guys!

GoogleI am new to the property market and wasn’t too sure on how the renting process works. But I found that dealing with Nicholas Humphrey's was brilliant and James in the professional office explained how the renting process works and helped me to find a suitable property. And so, I would highly recommend Nicholas Humphrey’s Estate Agents. Very helpful and brilliant service.

GoogleDon’t go with them they conduced viewings for where I am staying and they left the door unlocked whilst I was out so when I returned I had a unlocked door which I left locked

GoogleGoing to be totally honest here! Heard some not so great things about Nicholas Humphreys...thought I would just book some viewings and see what happens...they explained that they are under new management and they were totally right! The whole process was actually fun & easy. Don't believe everything you hear!!! Me and my mates are sorted for next year...so excited :)

GoogleReally poor communication. Asking for holding deposit, ask for 2million questions, raise the rent, ask if we are still okay with it, we pay and then they give the house for somebody else. Ridiculous

GoogleNot a good experience with this letting agency. Anytime there’s a problem no one seems to care to do anything about it and they take forever to get back to you! You have to call them a million times to get anything done. I also get letters every 6 months from them asking for more money from me despite changing my contract! Do not recommend.

GoogleUseless, they stood us up for a house viewing for next year eventhough we have lived in a house with them for this year. They never fixed our dishwasher and washing machine that they said they would. Also when we moved in there was a note saying it had been professionally cleaned. It definetly had not. Don't go with Humphreys.

GoogleCan't fault my experience been renting a property for nearly 2 years and from the very beginning of showing me round have to say Jamie williams has been fantastic any issues sorted there and then and extremely easy to get hold of for anything, be it trivial or important top lad can't fault would definitely recommend
