GoogleAbysmal service, rude staff, dismissive and unhelpful. You could go into the office and wait ages for them to even acknowledge you. Deducted money from my deposit with FALSE CLAIMS. Left us tenants to clean the aftermath of a major flood on our own with no help from cleaners. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY WHATSOEVER. ABYSMAL AND RUDE, INCOMPETENT STAFF.

GoogleThey are responsive, nice and helpful. They seem a little disorganized at times (wrong dates in communication, forgetting to update me after a request, and such small things), but generally I would gladly work with them again. EDIT: They completely unfairly didn't return part of my deposit.

GoogleI am in a house share and reported the fact a sore a rodent in the kitchen about 3 days ago and I keep seeing it but no one has responded to me and it is still here. They are very slow at responding to reports I have sent regarding maintenance. I am really considering moving out

GoogleI would be cautious when renting through them, unfortunetly if you get unlucky like myself and had a landlord who wanted to do nothing to the property this a problem because everything gets done slowly, they are not the worst estate agency however they let me down on several occassions, they have a lot to learn.
