Absolute disgrace! We phoned to view a house in Allestree that had been on Rightmove for just 12 minutes. We were assured we had first viewing this morning. We have both taken time off work and lost around £100 only for these shysters to cancel our appointment 15 MINUTES before time...as we were pulling up at the property. Apparently someone has done the paperwork without viewing! Luckily I meet a lot of people in my job so will be passing on my thoughts to all.

fantastic agency i was in a flat where the landlord wouldn't do any of the repairs the place was literally falling apart the landlord was given a time scale in which to do the repairs but still didn't do them so martin & co moved me out. within 2 weeks i was in a new house with a garden. i now have a very happy son and both of our health's have improved i love the place i'm in now and don't think i will ever move again. thank you martin & co

I used this agency to both sell and rent my property. They were very helpful throughout both processes. Ollie on the rental team was fantastic as he found me two tenants very swiftly and helped by advising me on how to best to furnish my flat. When it came to selling my property Mason (sales team) was able to sell the property within one week of it going on the market. I was so impressed as previous agencies had been unable to find a buyer. I would recommend this agency for a personalised service and quick response.

One staff in the office let me waited for long time because they have to keep calling and ignored the guest. Then she told me she closed the phone calling, and talked with me very rude and just told me she would email me and did not answer any questions I asked to her. Without any respect to their costumers!! What a bad service she gave to me! Bad attitude, slowly workings even though I paid for them.

Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly, and keen to help find you the right property. I was shown around a few different properties by Kris who was able to answer any questions that I had. I then went in to fill out my application, and even though I didn't have all of the required documents at the time, I was told not to worry and just bring them in on move in day. Today I went to collect the keys to my new home and was talked through anything that I needed to know. Highly recommended letting agents.

These lot have been our absolute life savers. Other landlords/estate agents take note about how these lovely people do their work. 8 of us in total were really struggling to find somewhere to live and time was running out and we were going to be in big trouble, but Martin and Co sorted it all out for us and we got the most lovely house in the perfect location and I cannot be grateful enough. We've had a couple of meetings and they spoke to us like we were family and let us know what was going on whenever we needed to find out information. They are more like our friends rather than estate agents and I cannot thank them enough. Give them a try and you'll see what I mean! Thank you Martin and Co! Xx

I first entered Martin & Co a stranger, in need of a place to live and quickly at that. They welcomed my family to the small family run business and were nothing but courteous towards us and their duty to finding us our next home. Well within hours we had viewed our property to be and had signed all the paperwork. This was a rather drastic outcome and indeed unexpected, as other agencies had told us we would have to wait weeks to view the next available property. Needless to say, Martin & Co have yet again come through for us, finding us our second home, and all in a diligently humorous manner. We've visited Martin & Co many times since, both professionally and recreationally. Truely wonderful work takes place here, work that shapes your very future. As a tenant I expected to lose some or most of my deposit as Ive often heard scare stories of nightmare scenarios with letting agents & dodgy landlords. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Rented for a year with Martin & Co and always found the whole team proffesional and helpful. On leaving was happy to find my whole deposit returned. I'd definately reccomend and approach Martin & Co next time i need to rent anywhere. 10 out of 10

My experience was absolutely impressive.. Having searched for a house for over 6 wks, i dealt with a lot of agents and had a number of disappointments. I even cried at an agent office. But first contact with Martin & co. they reassured me i can get a place before my tenancy expired. And they delivered as promised. Excellent service, i was personally impressed with the useful information provided. How they take time to explain the contract jargons, provide you with hints to live well & maintain the property you have rented. I was a bit pushy becos i wanted to move ASAP but they managed to meet my tight timing without compromising quality service. It was easy discussing with the staff as they were always friendly and helpful. I love their approach and i will recommend Martin & Co anytime.Keep up the good work.

Very friendly and professional at what they do. I was in rush to rent a room in derby, they arranged adequate viewings at a short notice. The application process is quite straight forward and user friendly. Understanding about my situation about moving on the weekend, the owner himself arranged to open the agency on the weekend and personally helped through the whole process.
