GoogleExcellent service from the moment we stepped through the door, we didn't make an appointment just stopped by to see if they had any houses available that met our needs. Within 20 minutes we were being shown around a couple of properties and decided to make an application over the phone the same day! Very polite, professional and friendly staff made working through the paperwork a breeze! Will certainly be recommending you to other young professionals!

GoogleI had a rental property looked after by Martin and Co and then used them to sell it. The sale was looked after by April Clarke. She was very thorough and did an excellent job. She marketed it well and kept refreshing things when it wasn't initially selling. After the sale was agreed, she kept on top of things and pushed the transaction through within a good timeframe.

GoogleI have been a tenant with martin and co for over a year now and I have to say after having a bad experience with another letting agent its a welcome change to deal with the friendly, helpful and understanding people at martin and co derby. I would recommend them to anybody, I will continue to rent from them for as long as I can.

GoogleOne of the worst state agents I have ever dealt with...absolute scum, they friendly and nice till you sign the contract...after that you will regret every single day you have dealt with them.
