GoogleVery slow service. Slow at giving a reference to move out of their property, even slower at refunding a deposit. would not recommend.
Agent replied
Hello Martin&Co (Derby) is a family run business and we were concerned to read that you feel you have experienced a slow service. We have investigated, and can confirm that your deposit was dealt with in line with Deposit Protection Service guidelines. We have no record of you requesting a reference, and although we are under no obligation to provide a reference we would be happy to do so in the future should you require one. Please contact the office directly on 01332 650068.

GoogleI started talking with Martin and co while I was still in Nigeria regarding a student apartment; on getting to the UK, I met the apartment ready for me and moved in the very day I landed in Derby . Good job!

GoogleAmatuer agents who haven't got a clue what they're doing! Avoid at all costs. Rude staff who just fob landlords off.
Agent replied
Dear Bill Chambers, I cannot find any record of you on our system, as a landlord or a tenant. At Martin&Co we are a franchise and do not have a direct link with other branches. Could it be you are dealing with a different Martin&Co in the UK? If this is not the case, I would appreciate if you would get in contact with the office on 01332 650068 with further details of your property, so we can help resolve any issues. Many thanks, The Martin&Co Team.
