GoogleShort 6 month contract. No issues during my stay and repairs were dealt with in a timely manner. Staff were helpful both during my stay and after with follow up requests and deposit refund. If the need should arise again I would happily rent another room through Martin & Co

GoogleCredit where credits due... Martin n co have been fabulous with our rented home! Any time there is an issue, they're out straight away! Just came to fix the door of all things... only reported it last night and they were in and out in 5 minutes!
