I recently viewed 2 different student properties and Arabel did a great job showing me around! There were some difficulties entering properties due to card access but Arabel handled everything well. I also appreciated the flexibility in pricing along with some freebies. Moving forward, I think tenants should be notified of house viewings as they were unaware and therefore interrupted by our viewing.

Lara is a credit to JS. Our tenancy is due to renew in January and our first year here has not been great. Total lack of communication from our ‘property manager’, really poor service. However after speaking to Lara just once, she has sorted all of our issues in less than a week! She has been proactive, listened to and understood our frustrations, very helpful, excellent customer service, professional and acted straightaway.
