We can't recommend John Shepherd Estate Agents, Mere Green highly enough, in particular Jayne and Dan, who helped us so much in moving into our flat. They were so patient with us oldies and guided us every step of the way, always on the end of the phone if we needed help or advice, what a credit they both are, really friendly as well.

He guided me through everything clearly, including how to make the payments and what steps I needed to follow, which made the whole process much easier. Really appreciate Chino’s help and support. Kelvin is a great sport. The only time I ever had an issue was with my door lock, having to walk all the way to the agency to have a contractor sent over, despite repeated phone calls to the agency. Kelvin ensured the process was sorted and was very friendly - certainly not the grumpy suit-and-tie kind of guy I was expecting to have to deal with - lovely dude!

Hi I have been associated with John Shephered for more than 3 years.. The team is very supportive, I have got the beautiful house by canal with the help of Megan and she has been great support during the entire process. I experienced some issues due to the council not being informed of new tenant contracts, which unfortunately led to me being charged council tax incorrectly. While this was frustrating, Lara has been excellent in dealing with the situation.
