I have been working with this estate agency for the past two years andthere was never a problem they couldn't fix. Jack is a very helpful person with an amazing personality! There was several times I called for enquiries or help around the house and he would come as soon as possible.Needless to say I am 100% satisfied with the agency work and will be seeking them for housing next year!

GoogleI have been using Hall and Benson for the letting of my property for the last 18 months and have been very happy with the efficiency and friendliness of the lettings team and especially Molly Hutchby who has been extremely helpful with all my enquiries , I would definitely recommend them .

GoogleShows properties on their website that have already been let so when you call to book a viewing you are told it's not avaliable. Don't bother getting your hopes up because they can't even be bothered to update their website.

GoogleIt is the first time I have rented a property and I am delighted with Hall and Benson, Robert Lewis is efficient and friendly .It is wonderful to have such a great person looking after the property and he is always available to answer queries and deal with any problems.

Trustpilotscummy, scammy and slimy
scummy, their office should be vandalised. they'll rent you an uncleaned property, not give you inventory (this part is important for their deposit scam), wont answer the phone for any questions/guidance, and after your tenancy, they'll charge you for stuff that was broken before you moved in (but they didnt give you the inventory first-have fun with that). overall unworkable, awful business, scummy, full of scammers and lazy do-nothing soulless slobs. save your time and be homeless instead, the customer service will be better at least ✌️

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs
Nicholas Humphries Nottingham are very unresponsive. Told us that we had successfully reserved a house and it turned out that we had not. We were also charged for redecoration of a ceiling when it was just as bad compared to when we moved in. Avoid.

SCAMMERS broke 3 laws deceiving us into signing 2 utlity contracts , gaslight and threaten on emails, when you call them out on the scam replies suddenely stop and they say contact landlord? What . Landlord ignores every thing . If your landlord shelley just be aware shes some sort of ghost or in the twilight zone, does she even exist?

GoogleWe sold our last house with Hall & Benson 5 years ago and could not fault them. We’re currently in the process of selling again and so far we have been massively impressed by the service! Everything has moved along so quickly and efficiently to get our house on the market. Highly recommend.

GoogleHaving just moved to the UK a few weeks ago, getting an apartment was quite a challenge. I am so glad i came across Hall & Benson. They made getting an apartment an enjoyable journey. Paula was very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend them.

GoogleSabina has been an absolutely brilliant mortgage advisor and has made everything easy for us to understand! She has chases our solicitors to ensure everything goes to plan, checks in regularly and has been nothing but supportive, we could not recommend her enough. Absolute pleasure!!!

GoogleBest agent's you can find in Derby, fast and friendly trusted service , After dealing with many other agent's I have found hall and Benson is the best . I don't think the other estates are anywhere near the Hall & Benson Thanks to everyone one who have sported us from start to finish

One of the worse agents in town. Dont use them for any cost. Simon call himself the manager is the one robbing innocent people. I would say stay well clear from these criminals, they charge me £500 to find me a broken house then on top they wanted more money to find another property. Remember karma is a b…....

TrustpilotSadly Appalling - you have been warned
Without one word of hyperbole, this company is a total disgrace. They should be closed down. The staff are rude and well-versed in diversionary tactics of doing nothing to resolve any issue. They are particularly skilled at exploiting students. In the end, I had to get the local MP's office involved to resolve the issues as the students were at risk.
