There recommended solicitors have been absolutely shocking from start to finish it's been a nightmare from having no people skills and a very can't be bothered attitude to actually being paid (a lot of money i might add)to do what is there job that they trained in and wanted to do!!! Not an experience my partner and I would ever want to go through with them again

Two exceptional members of staff at Haart Derby id like to mention. Firstly Leah- who did a viewing with me round the property im buying.Great rapport built with me showing me all the great things about the property. She also remembered me which was nice from a previous viewing. She was interested in what I wanted to put in my house because I said I wanted a gym and she was imagining where the gym could go. Secondly Katie-Joanne- she has guided me through the initial steps of buying my first home understanding what a memorandum of sale was ect. Shes so friendly to talk to whenever I ring Haart. no question is too small to answer for her. She has a joyful sound to her voice when she is speaking on the phone and that really has put me at ease. Im so happy that Both Katie and Leah have been dealing with me on my first property thanks to them both It hasnt been a scary process.

Please note this review is about the Burton and Derby branch: Not impressed with this company, the estate agent mislead me at the first viewing. They also have fed me misinformation, when they can actually be bothered to answer emails. I was accused of holding up the sale, and find out this to be incorrect and others in the chain were still noy ready. They have upset my solicitor by not reading the information they have supplied and seem totally out of their depth. I appreciate they are franchises and so this is probably only true for the branch I dealt with.

The purchase process was tortuous, the conveyancers, the estate management firm, utter chaos. It was a real irresistible force meets immovable object at times. Throughout it all though Haart were superb in their attentiveness and handling of the situation. Amy Dawkins initially and than Trennaie Thompson picked up the case and really helped to progress the communication needed. Despite many obstacle's we have a conclusion and I think Trennaie has done a superb job in moving things along.
